Gateway Trail Candlelight Hike

Hundreds of candle luminaries will light your way along this two mile, out and back, winter walk on the Gateway State Trail.

Starting near Wildwood Elementary school, your hosts from the MN DNR and representatives of the GBCTA will greet you for a little mid-winter magic.

Enjoy bonfires and roasting marshmallows on both ends of the trail. Near Wildwood there will be hot chocolate and cider available to warm your hands and belly.

Leashed dogs are welcome.

Ice traction devices are recommended in case of slippery conditions.
