Brown's Creek Trail Candelight Walk

Enjoy a beautiful crisp fall day in sparkling candlelight along Brown's Creek State Trail for the Candlelight Walk on Friday, October 18, 2019.  6 pm to  9pm

The portion of Brown’s Creek State Trail between Neal Ave to Lofton Ave, just west of Stillwater, will be lit with hundreds of candles to create a special evening walk along this beautiful trail. Parking is located about 1 mile south of Hwy 96 on Neal Ave.

Situated on a former railroad grade, the trail is generally level and accessible to users of all abilities. The trail connects to local trails

the DNR is also looking for volunteers to assist in setting up the event. Please contact Rachel at Rachel.Henzen@state.mn.us They are looking for 4 people for 3:30-5:30pm shift , 2 for 6-8pm, and 2 for 8-10pm).  It would involve placing the buckets, lighting candles, greeting guests at bonfires, helping with refreshments, directing traffic, and/or cleanup
